Enter Health: Sex Ed is Awkward!
I am having Health class this semester, and we are discussing puberty and all that fun stuff. Laurie has not been bothering me lately, considering the fact that if she talks to me she'll get in major trouble. My teacher, Miss Garfield has separated the boys to one side of the class, and the girls to the other. She told us, "In this box are questions on paper. I will read the questions and say the answers out loud for you to understand." All the class thought, Oh, well it can't be that bad. They were wrong. Horribly wrong. The first question was, "Why do girls wear bras?" The boys went white. The girls started giggling, and the girl next to me shouted, "I am so sorry you boys have to hear this! I give you my regrets!" The teacher laughed a little, and she told us the answer. The boys and the girls scooted over in their seats, and class became awkward from then on. I feel weird when talking to boys my age now.
